Class Description : Fun, 45 minute workout performed while wearing your baby on your front or back. Non-sling type baby carriers are recommended (for example, ergo, baby bjorn, Lily, hiking backpacks). The workout will strengthen your entire body, focusing on your core and lower body while maintaining a safe environment for baby. It is recommended that mom's sign up after the 6 week visit.
What to bring: Mat, Water, Baby Carrier, Distractions for the kiddos - water, snacks, toys, optional blanket for baby.
