Maureen McHugh

I'm passionate about being a mom and fitness. Anyway I can combine the two makes me happy. I have two amazing girls, Maggie and Mary Lou, and two crazy corgis, Cora and Bitty. 


I'm married to Physical Therapist, I run most exercises by him and he tells me if its too crazy and keeps me in check.


I've been a spin instructor and general fitness instructor for 5 years at various gyms in the MetroWest area. I am an ACE certified group exercise instructor.

 

I'm super excited to take the next steps to offer fitness classes to moms. I am even more excited to bring moms together and create a village for us all to become fit moms together. 


I look forward to meeting and working out with you in the future!

 I have always loved being active and working out, and now that I have two little ones (2 and 7 months) it is more important then ever for me to be fit so I can keep up with them!  


My kids already love the outdoors and being active so I have been able to bring them with me on my runs and other fitness activities and they love it. 


I’m passionate about helping other moms reach their fitness goals and building a mom community that lifts each other up and supports each other.... as we all know.. IT TAKES A VILLAGE! I am so excited to meet all of you, learn about you, your fitness goals and get to know your kids.

Kristen Vicidomino, MS, RD, LDN

 Kristen is a Registered Dietitian with over 5 years of experience helping clients become healthier through nutrition education and positive reinforcement. 


She is excited to join Village Wellness to help moms pursuing their fitness goals with their nutrition goals as well. Through her experiences, both personally and professionally, she is ready to help with your family's nutrition needs including weight management, pregnancy and breastfeeding nutrition, and infant, toddler, and child allergies, meals, feeding guidance! 


In her free time, she enjoys exercising, cooking,and spending time with her husband and 1 year old son.
