MamaFit Bootcamp

Mama's time to unwind, have fun, and get sweaty!


It is your time to de-stress, unwind, and workout! Class is approximately 45 mins and includes interval workouts using the resistance bands, body weight exercises and cardio.   All classes are tailored to meet our mamas needs, whether newly postpartum or mom of a toddler or older children looking to find a new fun class!
